Governor Lamont Directs Flags To Return to Full-Staff Friday Evening

HARTFORD, CT—Governor Ned Lamont today announced that he is directing flags in Connecticut to return to full-staff at sunset on the evening of Friday, December 5, 2025.

Connecticut flags are currently lowered to half-staff statewide in remembrance of State Representative Kevin Ryan, who passed away last week. A funeral service in his honor is scheduled to be held Friday morning at St. John the Evangelist Church in Uncasville.
